                    A global Private Banking group is launching the EFG Graduate Programme in Lugano, starting in September 2026. This 18-month programme offers recent graduates an exciting opportunity to gain experience through rotations in various business functions, including Global Markets and Treasury, and Investment Solutions. Candidates should have completed or be on track to complete a Bachelor or Master degree in 2025, possess strong analytical skills, and have an international mindset. This programme will prepare graduates for success in a dynamic banking environment.
