Graduate Proposal Coordinator - UAEN only

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join our proposal team.

• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date prequalification/registration with clients. Coordination with Proposal Manager and follow up price trend of the assets and compare the market trend.
• Supporting and arranging the customized proposal creation process which involves gathering the information/material ensuring the proposal is submitted on time and collaborating with internal and external teams to obtain specialized content necessary for a compliant and responsive proposal submission.
• Managing and organizing the proposal schedule and matrices.
• Coordinating and organizing specialized content input including input from subcontractors.
• Recognizing and providing assistance with resolving issues related to proposal development.
