Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Manufacturing company in their search for a Graduate Quality Engineer to work in their leading facility in Hortonwood. 
For the successful Graduate Quality Engineer, our client is offering: 
Salary £27,500 - £31,500 DOE

Days position 8:15am - 4:45pm - 40 hours per week

Permanent position

The role – Graduate Quality Engineer:
Monitor PCB fabrication and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly workflows, applying statistical process control (SPC) to track yield rates.

Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for soldering defects, delamination, and component misalignments.
