Job Description As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor at Farrans, you'll collaborate with senior experts to optimise project costs and risks, ensuring top-notch quality and compliance with building regulations. Responsibilities Ensure the development and delivery of the project runs in conjunction with business expectations, programme and budget. Analyse subcontract quotations. Review conditions and/or qualifications assist with drafting and negotiating contract types prior to submission of a tender. Ensure the preparation of interim applications, including works executed, materials on site and works by subcontractors is submitted to the Client's team by agreed deadline. Evaluate, measure and recover contract variations. Gather records to confirm additional payments where required and defend claims received from subcontractors.
