About the Role

BDO is looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Graduate Recruitment Consult to deliver high-impact campus engagement and early careers initiatives nationally. This role plays a key part in attracting top graduate talent, strengthening our employer brand, and creating meaningful connections with university students across South Africa.

You'll own the end-to-end coordination of graduate recruitment initiatives, from campus events and digital engagement to data tracking, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration, working closely with universities, Marketing, and internal leaders.
