About the role:

We are seeking a graduate engineer to support compliance homologation and whitelisting activities, while acting as the custodian of homologation documentation. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop technical, regulatory, and documentation expertise within a fast‑paced, global environment.

What you will be doing:

• Homologation & Compliance Support
• Support homologation and product whitelisting activities across global markets
• Liaise with regulators, product approval and whitelisting agencies
• Track products approval progress and provide accurate status updates
• Data & Document Management
• Maintain product approval documents and ensure accurate capture of metadata
• Organize and manage compliance documentation repositories (SharePoint, Jira)
• Gain familiarity with Enphase products through datasheets, installation guides, test reports, and schematics
