GRADUATE SOFTWARE ENGINEER

The core functions of the role are providing support to customer during implementation of AGITO’s automation solutions and will also include support for systems already in the field as well as support of company office IT infrastructure and users.

This includes:

• Support of external customers during and post implementation, in particular: The set up and configuration of server hardware, switches, virtualizing platforms, and cloud environments.
• Configuration and testing of software solutions.
• Working with automation, mechanical and electrical teams on integration of IT Systems with LLC/mechatronic/robotic systems.
• Being part of the commissioning, installation, and connection of developed systems on customer’s site.
• Providing training and support (both onsite and remote) to members of customer team.
• Providing after hours support to customers using AGITO solutions.
