Graduate Supply Chain Leadership Program – Rotations

Supply Chain Specialist based in Singapore. Life Unlimited. At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. This role targets college graduates of Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields. The Supply Chain Leadership Development Program is a full-time program lasting 24-30 months with rotations across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management & Analytics, Procurement, Distribution, and Manufacturing. The program starts in June 2026.

What will you be doing?

• Learn the Smith + Nephew supply chain business processes and supporting systems.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to familiarize yourself with Smith+Nephew and the medical device industry.
