Are you a graduate planning to train as a teacher?

Tradewind Recruitment is supporting academy trusts including St Gabriel the Archangel CMAT and Alpha Academies Trust to recruit graduates for long-term Teaching Assistant roles with progression into teacher training.

This structured role allows you to gain a full year of classroom experience before entering formal training.

Exposure to behaviour management and classroom delivery
