Section Manager or any other person appointed to supervise him/her from time to time.

PRIMARY POSITION PURPOSE

Provide supporting services and prepare documentation for projects as well as provide other appropriate technical support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify areas for improvement within projects and processes
• Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to management services
• Document projects within guidelines set by supervisor
• Produce high quality drawings and documentation
• Attend technical discussions and project delivery meetings
• Write meeting minutes
• Interact with project team and external consultants
• Prepare payment certificates and budget forecasts
