Graduate Trainee, Client Coverage

This position is part of the BBVA CIB NEW GENERATION PROGRAM 2026, designed to develop future relationship managers and coverage bankers. The program combines hands-on client exposure, structured learning, and short-term rotations across relevant business units, before consolidating into a Corporate Client Coverage Analyst role within the first year. The successful candidate will be based in Singapore and will primarily support Indian corporate clients, working closely with senior coverage bankers and product partners.
Responsibilities
During the Graduate Trainee Program:
Participate in short-term rotations across relevant units (e.g., Corporate Coverage, Risk, Trade Finance, Global Markets, or Transaction Banking) to gain a holistic understanding of the bank's corporate offering.
Support coverage teams in client analysis, preparation of pitch materials, and internal coordination.
