Graphic Design Manager

Job Description:

• Leads the creative direction for Casino Marketing and manages a group of designers, providing guidance, mentorship and high quality output
• Oversees the creation of all marketing materials, including print, digital, social media, websites, videos, mobile app. For Websites and mobile app, to develop user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Collaborate closely with Casino Events & Promotion team & other stakeholders to align creative initiatives with business objectives
• Present creative ideas and strategies to internal stakeholders
• Manages workflows to ensure meeting execution timeline
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly interface designs for web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain design documentation, including design specs, style guides, and user personas.
