ALLEN Online is seeking a Graphic Designer who will bring a mix of design craft, AI-driven creativity, and disruptive thinking to our marketing efforts. The individual will be responsible for creating impactful communication across digital and offline channels — ensuring that every piece of design is consumer-first, distinctive, and clearly communicates our key message.

Designs customised by channel:
- Create high-performing ad creatives for digital campaigns across web/app, CRM, Performance Marketing, etc., that drive consideration for our offering
- Develop impactful print ads, brochures, flyers, event branding, and OOH campaigns that cut through category sameness and strengthen brand recall.
- Ensure consistency of design language across all offline and digital touchpoints while ensuring freshness and differentiation.
