The Graphic Designer is a cross-disciplinary creative who brings ideas to life through visually striking,

strategically aligned design. Working within a small, fast-moving agency team(s), this role balances

artistry with problem-solving—building assets that engage audiences, strengthen brands, and support

measurable marketing outcomes. Designers here are not just executors—they're visual strategists who

collaborate with creative, client, and technical teams to shape ideas from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Brand Development

• Translate briefs, brand standards, and campaign goals into dynamic design solutions that

advance client objectives.

• Maintain and evolve client and agency brand identities across all channels—digital, social, print,

motion, and environmental.

• Deliver concept-driven creative that supports campaigns, storytelling, and user experience
