Graphic Designer

Paradigm Media UK is an e-commerce marketing agency based in the UK. We partner with 6-7 figure DTC e-commerce brands and help them attain growth through paid advertising (Meta ads, Tiktok ads, Google ads) As of 2025, we have a total of 30 clients in the UK and the US.

We’re looking for a multi-talented Digital Designer who lives and breathes social-first creative.

You’ll be at the heart of our creative engine, producing engaging ads that stop thumbs on TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and more.

This isn’t traditional ad-land. We’re creating ads for social channels and we need someone who understands that great creativity drives great performance.

✅ 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday

✅ 9AM to 5PM UK time

✅ Must have own equipment (PC/Laptop)

You’ll be:

• Designing static and video ads for paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reels)
• Editing raw assets into high-performance creatives...
