Graphics Commercialization Sr Supervisor (Bogotá)

Responsibilities

• Lead the Artwork Management Process across Andean & Venezuela region for all Multifunctional and Commercialization teams.
• Manage approximately 700 SKUs per year, maintaining an SLA of 21 days for each region.
• Ensure compliance with PepsiCo Stage Gate Process, enabling growth and driving efficiency while maintaining quality and speed to market.
• Lead Technical Feasibility meetings and Design assessment for innovations in Andean & Venezuela.
• Lead E2E artwork management systems across Blue, Dragonfly, and other artwork tools, providing regular improvements aligned with local realities and business needs.
• Multilingual with regional business experience is preferred.
• Include domestic travel up to 10% for business reviews and supplier meetings/audits with marketing and design teams.
• Provide backup support for other regions (Caricom, Soco, Mexico, Brazil).
