We're looking for an experienced
Graphics Designer
to make image ads for Meta.

Compensation

• $40 USD per image ad with 3 variations

What you'll do

• Design
  performance-focused image ads
  for paid social (Meta-first; adaptable to other channels).
• For each concept, produce
  1 primary image + 3 variations
  (e.g., different headlines, layouts, backgrounds, offer callouts).
• Deliver
  clean, organized source files
  (so we can iterate quickly).
• Collaborate with our team to refine creatives based on feedback and results.

Expectations & workflow

• This starts
  as-needed
  (project-based) with a predictable scope per request.
• If performance + reliability are strong, this can grow into a
  part-time or full-time
  role.
• Quick communication and reasonable turnaround are important.
