The opportunity
– due to internal progressionBased in Ōtara Auckland, Christchurch or Wellington, this is a key leadership role in our Planning, Scheduling & Optimisation group. Working closely with the Head of Planning, Scheduling and Optimisation, you’ll lead works planning capability to deliver a stable, transparent and integrated 2+1 year rolling grid work plan across $400m per annum capital projects and $100m per annum maintenance programmes.
You’ll work across planning, delivery and operational teams to improve how work is coordinated across the grid. You’ll also establish Area Grid Planning capability, strengthen planning frameworks and governance, and improve the data and insight that support business decisions.
Success in this role will come from being outcome focused, building trusted relationships, leading through complexity and creating confidence in plan deliverability. You will:
