Griller / Flattop Griller

Looking for an experienced meat griller / flattop griller for a busy steakhouse in Constantia, Cattle Baron.

You must be:

• reliable and trustworthy

• fluent in English

• able to read

• South African citizen

• experienced in grilling meat

main responsibilities:

• grilling meat / burgers / ribs / chicken

• flattop duties: cooking hot starters / seafood

• co-ordinating cooking times with other kitchen sections

• understand meat temperatures and cooking times

• cleaning grills and extraction canopy

Transport is provided to take staff home at night at a small fee, provided the staff member lives in an area on our current transport route.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R30,00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
