Job Title: Grill Cook/Chef

Salary Range (Part-time): SGD 20 – SGD 25/hour

Department: Back-of-House - F&B Department

Work Schedule: 4 hrs straight duty

Overall Job Objectives:

The BBQ/Steak Griller is mainly responsible for preparing and grilling foods to meet specific customer preferences, and required to handle minimal tasks in other areas of the kitchen in addition to their grill stations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Keeping track of meal prep components to ensure timely completion of final dishes
• Checking perishable ingredients and food items for freshness
• Taking daily measures to prevent food cross-contamination
• Ensuring that your workstation remains clean and orderly at all times.
