Job Summary
The Grillman is responsible for preparing and cooking grilled food items according to company recipes and quality standards. This role ensures food is cooked properly, presented attractively, and delivered in a timely manner while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook grilled items (meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables) as per recipes

Operate and maintain grill equipment safely and efficiently

Monitor food portions and control waste

Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are met

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grill station

Follow food safety and hygiene regulations

Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order flow

Check food inventory and inform supervisor of shortages

Ensure proper storage of raw and cooked food items

Qualifications:
