Job Summary:

The Griller is responsible for preparing and cooking grilled food items according to restaurant standards, ensuring quality, taste, and proper presentation. The role requires maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and consistency in every dish served.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and grill meats, seafood, and vegetables according to menu specifications
• Ensure proper marination, seasoning, and cooking temperatures
• Monitor grill operation to ensure food is cooked safely and evenly
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the grill station at all times
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in food preparation and portion control
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
• Check food quality before serving
• Properly handle, store, and rotate food supplies (FIFO method)
• Report equipment issues to the supervisor immediately
