Job Description:

• Perform surface, cylindrical, and tool grinding operations on steel and hardened components.
• Achieve precise flatness, parallelism, and surface finish requirements.
• Maintain accuracy of tooling and inserts based on drawing specifications.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of grinding machines.
• Ensure quality and dimensional accuracy using micrometers and dial indicators.

Basic Qualifications:

• Technical or vocational course in Machining or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in surface grinding or tool room operations.
• With experience or familiar in Jigs and Fixtures (clamps & inserts) for Semiconductor
• Knowledge in steel hardness, finishing tolerances, and measurement instruments.
• Good eyesight and attention to fine details.
