STINIS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. seeks a GRINDING & MILLING SUPERINTENDENT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with creates dependable, hardworking products benefitting our company’s development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise grinding and milling teams across all shifts.
• Allocate manpower based on production priorities.
• Oversee daily shop floor operations for grinding and milling departments.
• Set clear performance targets for machinists and operators.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and challenges.
• Mentor and train junior operators in advanced machining practices.
• Maintain discipline and enforce workplace rules.
• Foster a safety-first and quality-focused work culture.
