GRN Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive goods and verify quantity, quality, and documentation.
• Prepare and process GRNs in FourGen Software on a timely basis.
• Coordinate with store, warehouse, and supply chain teams for discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory and GRN records.
• Report shortages, damages, or mismatches immediately.

Requirements:

• Graduate preferred.
• Hands-on experience with FourGen Software.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and GRN process.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs45,000.00 per month
