Department: Commercial Location: Indonesia Department: Commercial Location: Indonesia Job Description •Manage assigned categories and Brand partners and ensure them to achieve Commercial and Retail Operational excellence on Lazada, while also developing the assortment for assigned categories, ensuring a balanced mix of demand and profitability
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies, and align them to internal strategies.
• Act as key point of contact for Brands related to the assigned categories. To give them performance analysis and provide solutions to their current business problems or their additional inquiries.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing & other promo mechanics, as well as Trading Terms, while maintaining strong relationships.
• Educate brands on Lazada platform promotional tools, features & policies-- and engage them to participate in campaigns.
