About the Role

This role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Uber Eats growth across some of our most dynamic and diverse markets - the Andean, Caribbean, and Central America (ACAC) region. As a Consumer Growth Manager, you will define and lead the strategy for eater acquisition, retention, and engagement, identifying key opportunities to expand our user base and deepen customer loyalty in the Retail business. You'll partner with local country teams, as well as regional and global stakeholders, to design initiatives that drive measurable business impact. This opportunity combines analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong execution to accelerate growth across markets with different maturity levels.
