This multi-functional role delivers exceptional guest service across the Winners Circle Desk, hotel reception, and slots gaming floor. It ensures seamless loyalty programme facilitation, accurate guest data management, and proactive engagement with slot players. The role combines hosting duties on the gaming floor with front desk responsibilities, including check‑ins, reservations, and billing. It supports jackpot payouts, basic machine troubleshooting, and escalates technical issues promptly. By coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, and event support, the position upholds service excellence, compliance with gaming regulations, and a secure, welcoming environment for all guests.
