The Operations Supervisor is the tactical “nerve center” of our ground handling operation. You serve as the primary liaison between the Airline Operations Control Center (OCC) and our Ramp Leads.

This is a high-pressure, leadership role. You are responsible for the real-time synchronization of manpower, equipment, and airline schedules. You don't just follow a plan; you adjust the plan every time a flight delays, a gate changes, or an IROP (Irregular Operation) occurs.
