Job Description
Business Growth and Development
- Identify and meet with prospective customers to determine needs and identify new opportunities
- Participates in the setting of business plan objectives and benchmarks with regard to marketing, initiatives and sales activities
- Ensure that training programs are in place to enhance end users skills to enable the company to consistently produce quality products with services that meet or exceed requirements
- Arrange presentations and demonstrations for customers as required
- Responsible for conducting pull tests underground, installation audits and provide accurate reports of the testing findings
- Recognizes and pursues sales opportunities for the company’s existing products and identification of new product opportunities in regard to initiatives
