Job Description

The Grounds Crew Leader will oversee a team responsible for the maintenance and servicing of improved grounds, operational areas, and stormwater drainage systems, ensuring compliance with specified appearance and operational standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of grounds crew members in maintaining improved grounds, operational areas, and stormwater drainage systems to ensure a neat, functional, and visually appealing environment.

Develop and implement schedules for routine grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, planting, mulching, and watering to maintain landscaped areas.
