Grounds Service Staff

Reports to the Front-of-the-House Manager/Supervisor and coordinates with the Admin Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with warm, genuine hospitality
• Maintain cleanliness of café grounds, dining areas, and restrooms
• Support queue, floor, and parking management during busy hours
• Handle minor customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed
• Assist with purchasing heavy supplies and stock management
• Monitor grounds, playground, and property safety
• Work closely with FOH staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or High School Graduate
• Customer-service oriented and willing to learn
• Physically fit and able to assist with cleaning and lifting tasks
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work well in a team
