· An in date CSCS card

Key elements of this job

Groundworker required to carry out finishings on site including kerbing, edging and topsoiling.

Other duties could include

· Digging trenches and excavation

· Using shovels and other hand tools

· Clearing the site by removing the topsoil or anything that can affect the construction process

· Landscaping the site

· Clearing the construction site of vegetation or carrying out any other site clearance

· Removing old drainage or other pipework systems

· Leading any necessary demolition required to enable site work
