We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to join our team in Newport. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily groundworks activities
Lead and support site teams and subcontractors
Monitor progress and report to site/project management
Liaise with engineers and stakeholders to resolve issues
Ensure strict compliance with health & safety guidelines
Required Experience
The candidate must have experience in:
Deep drainage
Roads & sewers
