Group Accountant

A great opportunity for a Group Accountant to join an exciting and interesting international business that will empower and develop an individual that is up for a challenge. As a Group Accountant, you will help the month end process and all general accounting activities for the designated Holding companies. You will get involved with the accounting of various of the group's subsidiaries. You will also perform account reconciliations, financial analysis, and statutory reporting.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Assist the month-end and year-end closing activities of respective holding companies/subsidiaries as per accounting policies and procedures
Perform General Ledger reconciliations, Inter-company reconciliations, Balance sheet and P&L analysis
Assist in financial statement analysis, work close with reporting managers on group deliverables
Prepare workings for various accounting treatments as per IFRS
