Job Description
Preparation and consolidation of Group financial statements.
Monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
Budget preparation and cash flow management.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
Liaising with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
Assisting in year-end audit and tax submission processes.
Supporting management with financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Must be a member of recognised Professional Accounting Body (ACCA/ICAEW/MIA membership).
At least 4 years' experience in Financial Reporting Standards and Group Consolidations.
Knowledge in External Reporting (Bursa, Regulatory filings, Disclosure requirements, ESG reporting).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good understanding of internal controls.
