GROUP ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated monthly management accounts, financial statements and annual report for the Group, ensuring compliance with all aspects of statutory, tax and regulatory requirements in a timely manner
• Prepare and assist in the review of SGX announcements in accordance with listing requirements
• Review subsidiary-level financial statements to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with accounting policies and standards
• Prepare monthly management reports with variance analyses and commentaries
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis against budgets
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents on statutory and tax matters, including XBRL filing
• Participate in projects to enhance financial systems, processes, and operational efficiency
• Perform ongoing reviews of internal controls and workflows, identifying improvement opportunities
