Group Accounting Head

Lead and oversee the financial accounting operations across all medical companies, with a strong background in multi-entity accounting, regulatory compliance, team leadership, and financial reporting.

A. Financial Statements

· Ensure that the financial records of the Group have been properly maintained and the financial statements give an accurate view of the operations and finances of the Group.

· Ensures that material information relating to the Group is made known to the Management on a timely basis by others within the Group, particularly for the purpose of preparing financial reports.

· Ensure that all business activities are captured timely, accurately and completely.

· Leads month-end, quarter-end, semestral and year-end close process.
