Group AEO/SEO Specialist

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly driven AEO / SEO Specialist to take ownership of our organic search visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms. The role will be based working from our Cape Town offices and you will report into our Group Marketing Manager in the UK.
As search behaviour evolves towards AI-generated answers, zero-click results, and conversational search, this role is critical in ensuring our brand, products, and expertise are discoverable, authoritative, and consistently visible across Google, Bing, and emerging AI platforms.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that improve organic rankings for our Group of companies, answer engine visibility, and content performance, supporting demand generation across telecoms, IT, cyber security, cloud, and connectivity services.
