Group Air Specialist at Wynford

This role reports to the Manager of Group Air Solutions and collaborates with internal teams to ensure accurate air transportation for group and incentive travel programs. Key skills include flight reservation management, logistical planning, and service-oriented communication. You will handle all aspects of air operations, financial stewardship, and support positive team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of air transportation for assigned groups
• Book and issue tickets using SABRE GDS
• Prepare and maintain accurate flight manifests
• Respond promptly to participant inquiries and changes
• Manage program air budgets and support reconciliations
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of flight reservation experience
• Proficient with SABRE GDS and Google Suite
