What You'll Do

• Handle group, conference and event reservations from enquiry to confirmation.
• Manage high volumes of emails and calls with accuracy and excellent turnaround times.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination of group requirements.
• Prepare quotations, confirmations, rooming lists and event details.
• Maintain accurate information across reservations systems including Opera.
• Ensure all bookings, amendments and special requests are recorded correctly.
