Group Brand Manager

As a **Group Brand Manager,** you will bring together strategic brand leadership and creative excellence to unlock the full value of your portfolio and accelerate sustainable growth within the **Male Grooming category.**

**Your role:**

+ You will lead end-to-end brand and Go-To-Market strategy development, ensuring your portfolio is positioned for long-term success. Working closely with the Regional Business Unit Leader, you will drive incremental sell-out, reinforce market leadership, and deliver seamless and impactful product launches.

+ You will shape and oversee the annual business planning process, contributing to strategic goal-setting, managing the A&P budget, and collaborating effectively across sales, trade marketing, and digital teams to co-own category performance targets.
