Regional Managing Director / Group CEO (Tier-1)

We are building a dedicated management structure for our Tier-1 region and are looking for a strategic leader who will oversee a portfolio of brands and supervise several local CEOs.

This is not an operational CEO role for a single project, but a strategic leader responsible for managing and scaling an investment cluster across multiple markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years in senior leadership roles within iGaming (B2C operator)
• Experience managing multiple units, brands or regions
• Deep understanding of Tier-1 markets
• Strong knowledge of:
  • local licensing frameworks
  • Understanding of in-house vs white-label models
• Experience hiring and managing C-level executives
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high accountability
• Fluent English + Russian or Ukrainian
