JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1) Strategic Leadership & Financial Planning

• Lead the Group's financial strategy, capital allocation, and long-term financial planning to support regional expansion.
• Drive annual budgeting, mid-term business planning, and reforecasting processes for all SEA and other region entities.
• Provide financial insights to the CEO and Board to support strategic decision-making, M&A activities, and new market entries.
• Drive digital transformation and finance process automation across the region.
