Group Commercial & Revenue Manager

As Group Commercial & Revenue Director you will be responsible for defining and executing the groups commercial strategy across all properties. You will lead revenue management sales distribution and marketing alignment to maximize performance and market positioning.

Working closely with senior leadership General Managers and regional teams you will play a critical role in supporting growth driving profitability and elevating commercial standards across the portfolio.

Reporting Line to: Managing Director.

• Define and implement the group-wide commercial and revenue strategy
• Lead revenue management practices including pricing forecasting and inventory optimization
• Oversee sales distribution and digital strategies across the portfolio
• Drive topline performance and RevPAR growth across all properties
• Partner with General Managers to enhance commercial performance and accountability
