Group Compliance Officer

The Role

The Group Compliance Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring that Hansard Global plc and its subsidiary companies understand and remain compliant with their respective legal and regulatory obligations and accountabilities on a continuing basis. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to provide consistent, ongoing support and guidance with specific focus on regulatory compliance aligned to our internal Group Policies and Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the day-to-day activities of the Compliance Team, in line with the overarching objectives of the Group Risk and Compliance Department.
• Assist with and deliver a customer centric Compliance Assurance Programme by conducting regular and ad-hoc compliance assurance monitoring in accordance with the Group Compliance Assurance Monitoring Framework.
