Group Consolidation Manager / Assistant Manager
We are partnering with a well-established public-listed conglomerate looking for a high-calibre finance professional to join their Group Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced auditors who are keen to transition into a commercial environment and gain regional exposure in group reporting, consolidation, and financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of group consolidation and financial reporting activities for multiple business entities.
Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in compliance with MFRS/IFRS and Bursa reporting requirements.
Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Liaise closely with business units, auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders on reporting matters.
Review intercompany reconciliations, elimination entries, and group reporting schedules.
