Group Controller – Rafih Auto Group, Windsor

Reports To CFO and Executive Team

Job Summary The Group Controller, under the direction of the CFO and Executive Team, will primarily be responsible for the overall financial management, reporting, and control of the group. This includes ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, preparing comprehensive financial statements, managing cash flow, overseeing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to management to drive profitability and growth. The Group Controller will supervise and develop a team of accounting professionals across various dealerships within the group.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare and present accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) in accordance with GAAP and manufacturer guidelines.
