Group Coordinator

Under the guidance and supervision of the Events Manager, Assistant Manager and the Events Executive provides support in coordinating the group arrangements with internal and external clients, provide secretarial and administrative support to the Event management Team.

Job Description
Responsible for managing hotel group reservations using OPERA and Delphi.
This role coordinates closely with Sales, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth and accurate group booking operations.
