Group Counsel

**Eduaction**:
Superior academic achievement and must be admitted to practice law in at least one State
**Work Experience**
- Ideally 3-5 years broad based commercial and corporate law experience in a law firm and/or multinational company
- Fluency in Spanish and English language
Strong communications skills
**Main Responsabilities**
- Advise internal clients and review and interpret legal issues in assigned areas of responsibility.
- Prepares, interprets and reviews quotes, agreements, contracts, pleadings, documents and correspondence.
- Provides legal support and recommends optimal (and practical) course of action when disputes arise.
- Provides proactive support to avoid problems. Focus on strategic initiatives to efficiently manage risk.
- Manages outside legal counsel and monitors, supervises and evaluates their representation of YFI, both in terms of their expertise and cost.
